Methi seeds chutney - Sweet, bittery, spicy, tangy chutney prepared using methi / fenugreek seeds, red chillies, coconut, tamarind and jaggery
Pumpkin skin chutney - Sweet pumkin skin chutney prepared using roasted skin and green chillies
Raw tamarind chutney - Prepared using cooked raw tamarind, onions, green chillies and coconut

Ashgourd skin chutney - Kumbalakayi sippe chutney prepared using skin of ash gourd, green chillies and tamarind
Mango Gojju, Jackfruit Gojju - Prepared using mangoes / jackfruits and green chillies 
Spine gourd Chutney  - Madahagala kayi / ili kivi gojju
Toor dal, small onion chutney - prepared using roasted toor dal, red chillies, small onions and tamarind. No coconut needed.

Mangalore cucumber sambar - Prepared using Yellow cucumber, jackfruit seeds and other spices.

Shikakai leaves rasam - Seege soppu saru prepared using tender shikakai leaves, pepper, garlic and ghee. This is good for new moms too.

Gooseberry Jam - A simple preparation of Jam using amla, sugar and cardamom powder
Panchamrutha - Prepared using tomatoes, green chillies, fenugreek seeds, urad dal and tamarind. Can use this for over a week without refrigerating.
Lemon sweet pickle - Prepared using lemon, sugar and spices.
Lemon white pickle - prepared using lemon, salt and green chillies.
Lentil chutney powder - Prepared using lentils and chillies.
Peanut butter - Prepared just with roasted peanuts
Coconut butter - Prepared using dry coconut or kobbari.
Jackfruit jam - Prepared using jackfruit and sugar.

Mehandi, Amla hair dye - Hair dye prepared using mehandi leaves and raw gooseberry. You can delay the greying of the hair by using this natural dye once in two months.
