Pudina, Coriander leaves Chutney (North Indian Style)

Ingredients

Pudina leaves - 1 bunch (medium sized)
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch (medium sized)
Ginger - 1 inch
Onion - 2 medium sized 
Green Chillies - 3 to 4
Cumin Seeds - 1 spoon 
Jaggery - 2 to 3 spoons
Tamarind - 1 big lemon sized
Salt to taste

Method

Grind all the ingredients together into fine paste using a mixer gringer using little water. Empty the same into a vessel.

Yummy flavored sweet, tangy and spicy chutney is ready to serve. It goes well with rice, Dosa, Chapati etc.
