Ingredients
Drumstick flowers - 2 cups
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Butter milk - 1 cup

Salt to taste
For tempering
Oil - 2 spoons
Urad dal - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Method
Separate out flowers only and finely wash them.
Heat a thick bottomed kadai. Add oil, urad dal, turmeric powder and mustard seeds. When mustard seeds start spattering, add drumstick flowers, salt. Cook them by keep on stirring. It will take about 5 to 7 minutes to cook. Switch of the stove and allow it to cool down.
Grind grated coconut, green chillies and 1/2 spoon mustard seeds along with buttermilk. Add this masala on to cooked drumstick flowers and mix well.
Can serve this with rice.
