Ingredients
Sweet potato - 1/2 kg
Paper poha / avalakki - 1/4 kg
Grated coconut - 5 to 6 spoons
Jaggery - 100 grams
Ghee - 6 spoons

Ghee - 6 spoons
Salt to taste
Method
Wash and cook the sweet potato in a pressure cooker for about 5 to 6 whistles. Allow it to cool down.
Add jaggery, 1/4 cup of water on to a vessel and heat it. Keep on stirring until thin strings form. Switch off the stove.
Remove the skin of the sweet potato and mash it.
Finely mix mashed sweet potato, paper poha, grated coconut, jaggery syrup, ghee and salt in wider vessel.
Can serve this for breakfast or evening snacks.
