Dates raita is a very simple to prepare and nutritious dish.
Ingredients
Chopped dates - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Curd - 2 cups
Salt to taste

Method
Remove the seeds of the dates and chop into small pieces.
Grind chopped dates along with grated coconut and 2 to 3 spoons of curd. Grind until it becomes paste.
Add this paste on to 2 cups of curd. Add salt and mix well.
