Sabudana Paddu / Sabbakki Paddu / Sago Paddu


Ingredients

Sabudana/ Pearl Tapioka- 2 cups
Potato– 2
Onion – 3
Chiroti rava – 1 spoon
Besan – 3 spoons
Chilli paste – 1 spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil - 4-5 spoons


Method
Soak the Sabudana overnight. Remove the excess water.  Cook the Potato separately and smash it.

Add smashed Potato, finely chopped onion, chopped curry & coriander leaves, and add all other ingredients (except oil) too. Mix well.

Heat the Paddu Tawa and grease with oil. Place the Paddu mix on Tawa using hand. Cook this both the sides using medium flame so that inside portion is also cooked well.  

You can exclude onion if you want to cook this for fasting day.
