Its pretty easy to grow wheatgrass. You can grow inside the home itself.

Soak wheat for about 8 hours and put it on mud / cocopeat. Put some mud / cocopeat on top of it. It will germinate and grow in about 7 to 8 days. You can cut and use the grass. It will grow again.

Wheatgrass juice is an easy way to include in diet to get good health benefits. 

Ingredients

Wheatgrass - small bunch
Honey (1/2 spoon) / jaggery - 1 small lemon sized - Optional

Method

Cut a small bunch of freshly grown wheatgrass. Finely wash and chop into small pieces. Grind in a mixer grinder by adding little water. Optionally you can add honey / jaggery while grinding. Filter out the juice using a strainer and serve fresh.
