Ingredients
Curd - 1/2 litre
Garlic cloves - 12-15
Curd Chilli / ಮಜ್ಜಿಗೆ ಮೆಣಸು - 3 to 4
Asafatida (hing) - 1 pin
Oil - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Salt to taste
Method
Heat a thick bottomed iron vessel. Add oil, mustard seeds, garlic cloves, curd chilli and Asafatida. If you don't have curd chillies at home, can use green chillies / red chillies. When mustard seeds starts spattering, switch off the flame.
Add this and salt to curd and mix well. This goes well with plane rice for lunch / dinner.
