Whole wheat Dosa / Godi dosa


Its advised to consume whole grains than refined foods. Here is a easy recipe of dosa with whole wheat and fenugreek seeds.

Ingredients
Whole wheat - 2 Cups
Fenugreek seeds - 2 spoons
Salt to taste
Grated coconut - 4 to 5 spoons (Optional)

Method
Soak whole wheat and fenugreek seeds together in water for about 8 hours. Remove the water and grind the same along with fresh water to dosa batter consistency. It need not be finely ground. Add salt and mix well. Optionally we can add grated coconut for enhanced taste.

Note:- It can be ground using mixer grinder too. Dosa batter can be fermented overnight or can do immediately as well.

Heat dosa pan. Grease the pan with oil. Pour the dosa batter and spread the same and cook on both the sides.

Heathy dosa is ready to serve.
