Whole Ragi Dosa / Ragi Dose / Finger millet dosa

 


Its advised to consume whole grains than refined foods. Here is a easy recipe of dosa with whole ragi, urad dal and fenugreek seeds. Ragi is rich in calcium. So it's good for bone health.

Ingredients
Whole ragi - 1 Cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cu0
Fenugreek seeds - 2 spoons
Salt to taste

Method
Soak whole ragi, head dal and fenugreek seeds together in water for about 8 hours. Remove the water and grind the same along with fresh water to dosa batter consistency. It need not be finely ground. Add salt and mix well. 

Note:- Dosa batter can be fermented overnight or can do immediately as well.

Heat dosa pan. Grease the pan with oil. Pour the dosa batter and spread the same and cook on both the sides.

Heathy dosa is ready to serve.
