Grated coconut - 8 to 10 spoons
Green chillies - 2 to 3
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Curd - 1 cup
Salt to taste

For tempering
Oil - 1 spoon
Urad dal - 1/4 spoon
Mustard seeds 14 spoon
Red chilly - 1/2

Method

Wash and finely chop the long beans. Cook along with a cup of water and salt to taste. Cook until it becomes soft. Allow it to cool down.

Grind grated coconut, mustard seeds, green chillies by adding curd. Add this to cooked long beans, add salt as needed and mix well.

Note:- If we can't chop finely, we can crush the cooked long beans in the mixer grinder for about 10 seconds.

Heat a small tempering vessel (preferably iron vessel), add oil, urad dal, mustard seeds and red chilly. When mustard seeds start spattering, add this to the Raita.

This can be served with rice.
