Kerala Nendran Banana roast / Nendra bale ghee roast


On lazy afternoons, when kids demand us to cook something, but you don't want to spend too much time to cook!
Here is an easy and yummy recipe. Banana to be used should be specifically Nendran Banana which is mostly grown in Kerala and available across India. (You may also look for it in Keralite shops and/or online). This type of banana is slightly hard even when it is ripe.

This recipe is so easy that even the kids can cook for themselves.

Ingredients
Nendran Banana - 2
Ghee - 2 to 3 spoons


Method
Cut the banana into this slices. In a thick bottomed tawa, apply the ghee evenly. Place the sliced banana and roast in low flame. Apply the ghee on top and flip the banana slices and roast it. Yummy banana roast is ready:).
