You can remove the seeds and dry under the sun light and store it so as to use all through the year. When you want to use it, just soak it in water overnight and use the same if fresh ones are not available.

Ingredients
Gooseberry - 4
Grated coconut - 5 to 6 spoons
Grated coconut - 5 to 6 spoons
Pepper corns - 6 to 7 or green chillies - 3 to 4
Butter milk - 1 cup
Salt to taste
For tempering
Oil - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 3 to 4
Red chillies - 1
Method
Wash and chop the gooseberries and throw away the seeds. Finely grind the chopped gooseberries along with grated coconut, pepper corns (you can also use green chillies instead of pepper corns) along with butter milt, salt. Add additional water as per the concentration you would like to consume.
Heat a tempering spatula. Add oil. When oil gets heated up, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies. When mustard seeds starts spattering, add this to Ground gooseberry tambuli.
Can serve this with rice.
