Apple curry / Apple palya


When we have elderly people or small kids at home, we may have to cook something mild and nutritious for them to keep them healthy. Here is one super easy to cook recipe. Make sure to use fresh apples. 


Ingredients

Apple - 4
Ghee - 2 spoons
Chilly powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt to taste

Method

Wash and remove the skin of the apples. Remove the inside seeds and black portion. Chop into small pieces. 

Heat a thick bottomed kadai. Add ghee, chilly powder. After 5 seconds, add chopped apple, salt and mix well. Cook in low flame for about 5 minutes.
