Lentil Chutney Powder


Ingredients
 
Bengal gram dal - 100 grams
Urad dal – 100 grams
Peanuts – 100 grams
Sesame seeds – 100 grams
Jaggery (optional) – as per your taste
Coriander seeds – 50 grams
Tamarind – one small ball
Curry leaves – 20
Salt to taste

Method

Roast Bengal gram dal, Urad dal, Peanuts, Coriander seeds and Sesame seeds separately in low flame.
Wash and dry the curry leaves.
Roast tamarind as well slightly so that it will be easy to grind.
Leave the contents to cool down for sometime then grind all the ingredients and mix well.

Chutney powder can be used without storing in fridge for a month. Have this with Idli, Dosai, Upma etc. Add it with Coconut oil / Ghee. Its an easy replacement for Chutney in our fast paced life.
Added Benefit : Contains Protein as requited for the morning breakfast.
