Ingredients
Guava fruits - 4
Green chillies - 2
Oil - 1 spoon
Urad dal - 1 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 to 6
Grated coconut - 2 spoons
Lemon - 1/2 medium sized
Salt to taste
Grated coconut - 2 spoons

Method
Use 2 ripe and 2 semi.ripe guavas. Wash them and grate outer layer. Inside seeds part, you can eat it as is.
Chop green chillies and curry leaves.
Heat a tempering spatula. Add oil. When oil gets heated up, add head dal, mustard seeds. When mustard seeds starts spattering, add green chillies.
After 10 seconds, add curry leaves. After 10 seconds, switch off the stove and add this to grated guavas.
Add grated coconut, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
