Worried what to cook for breakfast ? Here is an instant dosa option for you.
Ingredients
Fresh sweet corn - 1 Pc
Wheat flour 1 cup
Jaggery powder - 3 to 4 spoons
Grated coconut - 2 spoons (optional)
Salt to taste
Ghee - 4 spoons

Method
Use fresh sweets corns for better taste. Separate out the sweet corn kernels from the cob. I do this using an elige mane / metakatti as this helps separate out quickly. Grind the sweet corns in a mixer grinder into coarse consistency (note that it takes less than 10 seconds to do that).
Transfer the contents on to a vessel, add all other ingredients except ghee and mix well.
Heat the dosa tava. Grease it with ghee. Prepare slightly thick dosa using dosa batter. Cook on both sides. Serve hot.
