Moong dal laddu / Hesaru bele unde

Ingredients

Moon dal - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
Raisin - 100 gram (optional)

Method

Roast the moong dal in a kadai till you get nice aroma. Grind it into not so fine powder. 

Grind sugar into powder. 

Heat a kadai, add ghee. When ghee melts fully, switch off the flame. Add moong dal, sugar and cardamom powders and mix well. Prepare small round laddus. You can optionally add raisin while making laddu.
