Mustard leaves are rich in vitamin C, K and antioxidants. They are super easy to grow. They grow well within 10 days and can be grown in balconies too. Here is the mustard greens tambuli recipe.
Ingredients
Mustard leaves - 1 medium sized bunch
Grated coconut - 6 to 8 spoons

Ghee - 1 spoon
Green chillies - 1
Butter milk - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method
If you are using home grown mustard leave, cut them. If you are using leaves from market, ensure to use tender leaves and stem can be used for sambar. Wash them.
Heat a kadai. Add ghee. When ghee gets heated up, add then green chillies. After 10 seconds add mustard leaves and roast for about 2 minutes. Allow it to cool down.
Grind this along with grated coconut, salt and butter milk using a mixer grinder. Transfer the content onto a vessel. Can serve this with rice.
