Fenugreek dosa / Menthya dose


Ingredients

Rice - 2 Cups
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 5 Lemon medium sized balls
Oil - 4 spoons
Salt to taste

Method

Wash and soak rice and fenugreek seeds together. Grind the same into dosa batter consistency using a mixer grinder. Add salt, powdered jaggery and grind for 10 seconds. Transfer the contents on to a vessel and allow it to ferment overnight.

Next morning, batter would be thicker. Add additional water and stir well.

Heat an iron tawa. Apply oil. Spread the dosa and cook on both the sides.

Serve hot dosa with ghee and Joni Bella (if you have jaggery syrup, that is also fine).
