Cabbage Thalipittu / Rotti / Roti

 
Ingredients
 
Rice flour - 2 cups
Cabbage - 1 (medium sized)
Onions – 2
Coriander powder – 1 spoon
Garam masala powder - 1 pinch (optional)
Chilli powder – 1 spoon

Salt to taste



Method
 
Grate the cabbage. Chop the onions. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Consistency should be slightly watery than chapatti dough. In thick bottomed tawa, spread oil and then dough using your hand. Add little water so that it will be easier to spread. Cook on both the sides.
